Aaron is an expert in data science and engineering, having developed data infrastructure at Chegg for 5 years prior to co-founding Schoolytics. Aaron’s experience in data ranges from developing machine learning models, to implementing business and organizational analytical capabilities, to deploying production software to serve hundreds of thousands of students. Aaron is passionate about using data to help organizations and individuals make more informed decisions, and using software to enable intelligent automation within systems.

Brooke Watkins, Ed.D. is a strategic education leader with more than 20 years of experience across K–12 systems, higher education, and national education organizations. She currently serves as an Assessment and Analytics Solutions Architect at Newsela, partnering with district and school leaders to design aligned assessment ecosystems, data workflows, and instructional tools that support data-informed decision-making. Dr. Watkins brings deep expertise in translating data into action and supporting sustainable, system-level implementation.
