Kendra Werner

Kendra is a former Product Marketing Manager for Formative, Newsela’s assessment and instruction product. She has spent her entire career in education, starting as a teacher to speakers of other languages before transitioning into the edtech world. She has worked on products that expand access to STEAM and computer science education and now focuses on the power of assessments to improve and guide learning. Passionate about supporting impactful learning experiences, Kendra is driven by the goal of helping educators support every student’s growth.
