With over 20 years of experience as an intervention specialist, Dr. Stephens currently serves as an Instructional Coach at Princeton Community Middle School in Ohio. Her career has spanned diverse settings, including inclusive classrooms and self-contained special education environments. She is deeply committed to fostering equitable learning experiences for all students, with a particular focus on supporting underrepresented populations. Dr. Stephens professional interests lie in exploring innovative instructional strategies and creating inclusive learning environments that empower all students to reach their full potential.
