
Jennifer Ruth was responsible for ensuring customers achieve value through their investment in Newsela. She led Customer Success, which included Professional Development, Support and Integrations and Customer Success Management. She brought deep customer success expertise in SaaS and B2B companies including Adobe and American Express. Passionate about the customer experience, Jennifer understands buyer personas and the processes required to make customers wildly successful. Prior to joining Newsela, Jennifer served as the VP, Customer Success at Optimizely. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Lesotho.
